I specialize in teens and women who desire healthy lives & relationships. I love working with those trying to break cycles of self-doubt & those trying to change how the past impacts now. I support my clients in letting go of harmful patterns so they can live their most authetic, fully embodied life. This includes grief work also. My style is warm and relaxed, eclectic and holistic. I use my 30 years of experience to customize the therapy experience to each client and their unique desires. I support my clients in finding answers by offering honest reflection and integrative tools. This combines for a lasting change. Working with teens requires warmth, encouragement and compassion. Even though I am aging I still very much love my teen clients and helping them make sense of their lives. I also love women working toward an embodied view of themselves by casting off behaviors that no longer work. If you don’t know what to do when facing hard things, teen or adult, this is a safe place to come and face those hard things. Warm, open and authentic I will be with you every step of the way, no matter how long it takes. I would love to walk with you through whatever you face and teach you courage, self-compassion and coping skills that will last.
